Join us for a weekly reset for the body, mind and spirit.
Wednesdays from 9 - 10 am Central
Pixels of Peace is a weekly online yoga class that offers a gentle, grounding pause in the noise of life.
Rooted in yin-inspired stillness, this class is slow, sweet, and deeply nourishing—designed for sensitive souls who long for rest, release, and reconnection. We never push or sweat here. Instead, we soften. We listen. We cultivate gratitude for our bodies, energy, and breath.
This is the opposite of power yoga—yet just as powerful in its own way.
Join us to reclaim rest as sacred, move with intention, and let your nervous system exhale.
Cost $15 per class
