Go Where It’s Warm: A New Earth, Creative Rebirth & Groovy Summer Happy Mail
I’ll never forget the first time I read A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle.
It cracked something open in me. I was in the middle of one of the most tumultuous seasons of my life—everything felt like it was (and was) falling apart. But somehow, within those pages, I found stillness. Peace. A presence I had forgotten was even available to me.
That book didn’t just help me cope—it helped me wake up.
And every time I return to that place of presence, I end up back in the same magical orbit: creativity. Art. Self-expression. The joy of making.
I’ve been an “artist” for literally ever (thanks, Mom, for always calling it like it is). In college and throughout my career, I used to think that title had to mean something—like, a gallery, or a business plan, or at least a “niche.”
But when I strip away all the ego stuff, what I’m left with is the deep-down joy of making things just because I love to.
That’s where Happy Mail came from.
Not from strategy.
Not from hustle.
But from the decision to make something beautiful and share it. Sustainably. Joyfully. From the inside out.

The past couple of years I was chasing. I don’t even want to tell that whole story right now (maybe someday). But I will tell you the moment things shifted: it was on retreat, sitting in a circle, realizing that I’d outgrown a version of myself.
That it was time to come home again.
Within three months, I had launched something entirely new to a much smaller list—my stripped-down list.
And here’s the truth I keep coming back to, again and again:

Follow the yes.
Follow the joy.
Follow the presence.
That’s why I’m doing this differently now.
