    RETREAT ORGANZER, YOGA TEACHER

    This is Brennah’s eighth self care retreat and she loves getting to bring all the pieces and people together to create these events.

    SOUND & PRANIC HEALER, COOKING DEMOS

    Tree owns & operates Soundtree Journey. He is a talented musician & this is his seventh retreat with Mud Lotus Arts. He enjoys sharing his passion for music & energy work with retreat guests.

    “FOOD GODDESS”

    Kala shares her passion for food & nourishment on Mud Lotus Arts retreats, this one being her seventh retreat with us.

  • Heather Thomas

    SILVERSMITH, YOGA TEACHER

    Heather shares her love of silversmithing on this retreat, perfect for “zero beginners”. She is a gentle guide in yoga & with fire & metal. You’ll love creating your own custom pendant with her as your leader!

  • Chancee Terry

    SOUND HEALER, TINCTURE PLAYSHOP

    Chancee brings a wealth of holistic wellness knowledge to this retreat. She will be teaching us how to make medicine in the form of tinctures & also serenading us with her 14+ sound bowls.

    RETREAT PHOTOGRAPHY

    Erica runs Calming Captures, a photo biz committed to relaxing peoples nervous systems. She captures gorgeous photos of nature & of people in nature. She is our loving “fly on the wall” who allows us to relax & the good moods to be captured.

The Playshops

What we’ll Learn

Silversmithing

We will be making a sterling silver pendant from scratch in two sessions lasting approximately 5.5 hours total. You get to choose your gemstone from a few options Heather will provide. These two sessions will equip you with everything you need as a “zero beginner” to craft your uniquely gorgeous silver pendant. Learn more.

Cooking Demos & Playshops

Kala, Tree & Summer Sushi will all be providing cooking experiences on this retreat. We will eat mostly vegetarian, with one delicious DIY Sushi smorgasbord with Blair and Summer from Summer’s Sushi. Kala will be providing a Creativity in the Kitchen Playshop. Tree always likes to involve Lost Boys Mushrooms with his cooking demo’s and this time will be no different. We are in for some TREATS!

Tincture Making

Learn tools to take with you into the rest of your life. Learning to make your own medicine is a handy tool. Chancee provides a wealth of knowledge and will teach us how to create our own tinctures at home. She will craft a blend for us all to take home and we will also learn the basics of this artform of medicine making.

Vision Boarding

All of the facilitators and guests will gather together on Friday night to partake in a collective visioning session to help open our retreat. We will provide extra magazines and poster board and help each other hold the visions for our futures. There will be an optional sharing time at the end to help us all ground your vision for you and help to see it through to manifestation.

Candle Making

Pouring beeswax candles is one of Brennah’s favorite pastimes and forms of stress relief. On this Makers Retreat she will teach us all how to carefully pour and infuse locally sourced beeswax candles. Multiple shapes and sizes will be available, along with TONS of infusion options (stones, flowers, herbs, etc.)

  • Absolutely! This retreat is designed for beginners. All activities are suitable for beginners. This is simply a safe space to touch base with your creativity.

  • Yes! All yoga classes are extremely gentle and suitable for all bodies.

  • The Wandering Path is located on Christmas Tree Road in Milton, FL. It is a lovely getaway.

  • Yes! Please note that we have a 6 Payment option as well.
