More Fun Bonus Info:

Self Care Ritual Tracker Stickers

(this item appears inside the sticker and ephemera set)

I have chosen to include 4 weeks worth of fun lil’ self care ritual tracker stickers.

While it may take longer or shorter to form a habit, I figure four weeks is a great place to start.

A popular myth is “21 days to form a habit” — but that came from a 1960s self-help book, not science.

The actual range of time it takes to form a habit is wide. Apaprently it’s anywhere from 18 days to 254 days depending on the person, the habit, and the context, which makes sense. Everybody’s different.

So you can use these fun stickers in your planner, journal or another convenient location. You can fill in what kind of self care ritual you’re tracking or even track more than one.

Enjoy being kind to yourself! That’s what this is all about!

Scratchboards

(this item appears inside the sticker and ephemera set)

Carve into the board gently with a pointy object to reveal the glittery surface beneath.

You could use a chopstick, toothpick, fancy art “scratchboard tool” or even a mechanical pencil with no lead in it.

Let these doodles be like the rest of the kit: process oriented vs. product oriented.

Notice how it feels to doodle on the scratchboard and don’t worry so much about how the finished product turns out.

Bonus Prompts (that didn’t fit in the booklet)

Journal prompts:

  • Light + Shadow — Where in your life are you stepping into the light, and where are you still tenderly holding shadow?

  • Harvest Glow — What is one thing you’ve cultivated this year that you’re proud of, no matter how small?

  • Slow Radiance — When the world asks you to rush, how can you instead choose the pace of a sunset?

  • The In-Between — Golden hour is neither day nor night—where in your life are you living “in-between” right now, and how does it feel?

  • Inner Flame — If you could bottle your golden hour energy, what would you use it for on days that feel dim?

  • Season of Ripening — What parts of you feel “ripe” and ready to be shared, and what still needs more time in the sun?

Creativity prompts:

  • 🌻Make a mini collage with warm tones from the kit to capture your “golden glow.”

  • 🍂 Write a gratitude list in sunbursts around the page—decorate with washi as rays or a frame.

  • 🔥 Doodle a candle flame and write one wish inside it.

  • 🌅 Create a horizon line across your page—above it, write what you’re calling in; below it, what you’re releasing.

  • 🍵 Sip your tea, then trace your cup on the page. Inside the circle, jot down what feels nourishing right now.

  • 🌙 Use the butterfly clip to hold a couple of pages closed for your “in-between” thoughts—things that are shifting but not yet clear. Come back to them at a later time and see what has shifted.

Peppermint Tea:

🌱 Physical Benefits

  • Digestive Aid — Peppermint is well-known for easing bloating, gas, and indigestion. The menthol relaxes the digestive tract muscles.

  • Soothes Nausea — A gentle, natural support for queasiness.

  • Relieves Headaches + Tension — Menthol has a cooling effect that may relax tight muscles and ease tension headaches.

  • Respiratory Support — The menthol aroma can open airways, making it helpful during colds or allergies.

  • Natural Pain Relief — Its anti-spasmodic qualities can ease menstrual cramps or general body tension.

🧘 Emotional & Energetic Benefits

  • Cooling + Refreshing — Balances fiery or overheated energy (literally and metaphorically).

  • Clarity of Mind — The sharp scent/tea can help clear mental fog and spark alertness.

  • Calming Yet Uplifting — It soothes the nervous system without being overly sedative—helpful for stress, anxiety, or an afternoon reset.

✨ Ritual Uses (“witchy” / creative lens)

  • Associated with purification, protection, and clarity.

  • Drinking peppermint tea before journaling can act as a symbolic clearing of the mind.
