I’m moving from beachy Florida to the Mountains of Colorado with my partner Tree! April’s kit will be a little “metta” because we are “Mountain Bound”!

Bonus Prompts
Since this months kit invites us to consider where we are and where we are going, use these prompts to locate yourself and build a bridge to what’s next.
1. The Bridge You’re Crossing
Imagine your life as a landscape. What are you leaving behind on one side of the bridge—and what do you sense waiting for you on the other, even if it’s not fully visible yet?
2. Packing the Intangible
If you could pack qualities instead of objects for your next chapter (courage, softness, curiosity, devotion…), what would you bring with you—and why?
3. The In-Between Self
Who are you while you are becoming? Describe the version of you that exists in transition—not who you were, not who you will be, but who you are in the middle.
4. Letters Across Time
Write a short note from your “future self in the new place” to your “present self in transition.” What do they want you to know about what’s unfolding?
5. The Home You Carry
What does “home” feel like in your body? List or illustrate the elements of home that you can carry with you anywhere.
6. Threshold Ritual
Design a simple ritual (real or imagined) for crossing into a new chapter. What would you release, and what would you consciously invite in?
7. The Ecology of Your Life
If your life were an ecosystem, what is currently being cleared, what is growing, and what is lying dormant but alive beneath the surface?
8. Bridges You’ve Already Crossed
Reflect on a past transition that once felt uncertain but is now part of your story. What did that version of you learn that could support you now?
9. Building the New World
If you could intentionally “design” the feeling of your next chapter, what textures, colors, rhythms, and energies would define it?
10. Care in Motion
How can you care for yourself while things are in flux? Write or map out small, grounding practices that can travel with you through change.
